Regular maintenance
1.Half a year to once a year, power failure cleaning and viewing cycle, according to the surrounding environment and load conditions determined.
2.Measure the grounding resistance value of transformer operation every two years.
3.Every three years to carry out a voltage, impurities and other performance indicators of oil sample test, transformer for a long time at full load or overload operation can shorten the cycle.
4.The high and low voltage insulation resistance shall not be less than 70%(10Mω) of the original factory value. The DC resistance of the winding shall be at the same temperature, and the difference between the average value of the three phases shall not be more than 2%, and the comparison with the last measurement result shall not be more than 2%.
