The insulation of iron core plays an important role as insulation electronic PCB transformer. Poor insulation of the iron core will affect the safe operation of the transformer. There are two kinds of insulation of iron core, that is, the insulation between iron chips and the insulation between iron chips and structural parts.
Coil material is enameled wire, copper wire surface has a layer of lacquer film, and in the electromagnet winding machine around the electromagnet, because of tension and processing characteristics dare, if the core surface is not insulated, enameled wire insulation film will slide friction between the core and broken skin, so breakdown. Therefore, the electromagnetic coil winding machine must be insulated when winding the electromagnetic coil.
